PURPOSE:To make plating deposition uniform in the transverse direction of a steel strip by disposing plural pieces of flow regulating plates at prescribed intervals between an upper nozzle body and lower nozzle body and forming gas ejection ports between the flow regulating plates thereby ejecting high pressure gas with a uniform dynamic pressure. CONSTITUTION:A gas chamber 14 and horizontal slit nozzle port 15 are formed of the upper nozzle body 1 and the lower nozzle body 12. A horizontal part 11a, the 1st curved surface part 11b, a projecting part 11d, the 2nd curved surface part 11c and a horizontal part 11e are formed to the inside surface of the upper nozzle body 1 and a horizontal part 12a and a curved surface part 12b are formed to the inside surface of the upper nozzle body 12. Plural pieces of the flow regulating plates 13 which are disposed at specified intervals and of which the plane shape is like a streamlined vane are provided in such a manner that the horizontal axial line thereof face the slit nozzle port 15. The gas ejection ports 16 are formed between the flow regulating plates 13. A flow regulating bar 19 having a circular section is disposed in the gas chamber 14. The high pressure gas ejected from the ejection ports 16 is thereby made uniform in the dynamic pressure distribution by the flow regulating effect of the plates 13 and the uniform high pressure gas is ejected from the slit nozzle port 15.
