Compounds of formula: <IMAGE> (I) in which R represent a cycloalkylmethyl group; <IMAGE> group where -A- symbolizes a hydrocarbon chain and R1 and R2 each designate an alkyl group or form jointly with N a heterocyclic radical; an anilinocarbonylmethyl group whose phenyl nucleus is possibly substituted; or a substituted benzyl group. These compounds are useful as drugs having cardiotropic activity.
