The machine consists of a screw in a casing and provided with a shaft, a cell with slots and a boring-bit; casing formed by a square section element and provided with holes in both end faces; a first rotary element of cylindrical form is joined to orifice by a pair of roller bearings, a portion of guide projecting from gear box and two connecting pins; a second rotary element is of cylindrical form and has a threaded tube in channels, guide part and hydraulic motors to move the rotary elements.
