PURPOSE:To perform safe and efficient sheathing, by a method wherein, a strut, having its opposite ends pivotally secured to panel, is arranged between panels positioned opposite to each other, and leaf springs, which restrict relative rotary displacement between the strut and the panels, are provided. CONSTITUTION:When the top ends of panels 2a and 2b, positioned opposite to each other, are pressed against a ground, when, for example, the panel 2b is about to sink deeply, such force is transferred to a strut 4a through a lower mounting member 3b mounted to the panel 2b. Although the strut 4a exerts its force to yield a relative displacement between the panels 2a and 2b, the relative displacement is adsorbed by halves through the elasticity of leaf springs 9b1 and Oa2, and the relative displacement is limited to an angle Q which is within a safety limit. Further, when the panels 2a and 2b are to be pulled off from a ground, pins for 4 leaf springs 9a1, 9b2, 9c1, and 9d2 are removed, and such pulling-off takes place in a condition that the panels 2a and 2b and the strut 4a are folded up. |
