<p>The electric water-heater 10 comprises a reservoir 16 equipped with an inlet 18 for cold water and an outlet 20 for heated water, with an electric element of the immersion type 30 situated inside a vertical tubular shaft 26 which is open at the top and extends from the bottom to the top of the reservoir for the intensive heating of the water admitted into its lower part and for directing the water so that it accumulates at the top of the reservoir, from which the water is consumed through the outlet 20, and with a flange 28 supporting the shaft 26 mounted in a removable manner in the lower part of the reservoir 16. The water is admitted at an adjustable flow to the inside of the shaft 26 by means of a throttling valve 40 installed in a duct which links the lower part of the reservoir 16 with the inside of the shaft 26 through the flange 28. <IMAGE></p> |
