PURPOSE:To set and reset an outputted data, by providing a logic circuit between a data holding circuit and a data bus, selecting an address signal and outputting a necessary data. CONSTITUTION:Between the data holding circuit 7 and the data bus 5, the logic circuit 6 for executing the logical operation of a data holding output signal and the signal on the data bus in accordance with a kind of an address signal is provided. When the logical operation mode of the logic circuit 6 is instructed by selecting an address signal, and also its bit position is selected by a data on the data bus 5, at least one bit position of an output data can be set and reset. Accordingly, a program becomes unnecessary.
