PURPOSE:To connect an incoming call to a switchboard in the incoming order of the incoming call type by making the incoming call of call information at the head of a response wait call chain correspond to a switchboard in which the response is detected so as to connect the incoming call and the switchboard. CONSTITUTION:When the operator responds, a response wait block number table 8 is indexed by the connected call type so as to subtract the value of a response wait block number of the corresponding call type by one. Moreover, an incoming display block number table 9 is indexed by the call type so as to subtract the value of the incoming display block number of the corresponding call type by one. Then the visual display such as an incoming display lamp of the switchboard having the response of the operator is turned off. Similarly, every time other operator performs response operation to an incoming call, the response wait block at the head of the corresponding call time at that point of time is acquired so as to perform the connection between the incoming call and the switchboard and the extinguishing processing of the incoming call display of the switchboard. |
