PURPOSE:To make air-gap comform to specific dimension easily also making ends of magnetic pole parts parallel with each other easily by a method wherein a spacer made of a flat plate is inserted between ends of outer peripheries of magnetic members. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic pole parts 10a, (20a) and ends of outer peripheries 10c, (20c) are formed so that they may be located on the same plane. Therefore, it may be made feasible very easily that the ends of the magnetic pole parts 10a, (20a) and outer peripheries 10c, (20c) are finished on the exactly same plane by means of producing magnetic members 10, 20 by molding process using a molding flask or cutting process and then fixing the ends of the magnetic pole parts 10a, (20a) and the outer peripheries 10c, (20c) on a flat grinding plate to grind them simultaneously. If said ends are located on the same plane, a Bitter type magnet structure with specific air-gap may be produced easily by means of inserting a spacer 30 with specific thickness (g) between the confronting ends of the outer peripheries of the two magnetic members 10, 20. |
