PURPOSE:To find quickly a satisfactory solution by recommending a method for finding a solution, when how which item is changed, when a solution has not been found. CONSTITUTION:A solution finding device 15 has a function for fetching a solution for satisfying a condition to a desired item of an operator 16, which has been stored in a data store device 17, from plural solutions in a solution store device 18. In case the solution for satisfying the condition has not been fond by the solution finding device 15, a recommending device 19 is started. This device 19 seraches which item condition is to be relaxed, based on the degree of priority of the condition of the desired item of the data store device 17 as a reference, and determines how said item is to be changed, based on plural solutions which have been stored in the solution store device 18. This change item the change contents, and the solution which has become a candidate are displayed on a data output display device. In this way, a satisfactory solution can be detected quickly. |
