PURPOSE:To obtain divided resistance values without errors due to connection resistance by a method wherein a resistor body is arranged by bending process with equal intervals to equalize the resistance values between adjoining leading- out electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A resistor body 1 is composed of a bent bar bent with equal intervals with resistance values of leading-out electrodes 2 designed to be equalized. At this time, the resistance values at bent parts to be taken into consideration can be accurately calculated using quadratic element analyzing program by computer simulation. Through these procedures, the resistance values of leading-out electrodes 2 can be equalized easily. |
