PURPOSE:To prevent a car body from being broken by coupling bent sections on one end of S-shaped fitting metals fixed with a rope on bent sections on the other side with coupling holes of anti-skid members having open notch grooves in an anti-skid tool fixing the anti-skid member made of rubber or the like with the ropes and fitting metals. CONSTITUTION:A rope 2 is inserted into rope fitting sections 3a of S-shaped fitting metals 3 and caulked, thereby the fitting metals 3 are fixed to the rope 2 at an appropriate distance. On the other hand, two coupling holes 1a having open notch grooves 1b are formed on both ends of anti-skid members 1, and tire contact preventive lug sections 1d are formed on the tire side directly above them. Coupling sections 3b of the fitting metals 3 are coupled with the coupling holes 1a to fit the anti-skid members 1 to the ropes 2, which are then suspended and fitted around a tire. According to this constitution, a car body and the anti-skid members are prevented from being broken.
