PURPOSE:To prevent a car body from being broken by fitting a rope to a bent section on one side of an S-shaped fixing metal and coupling a bent section on the other side with the coupling hole of an anti-skid member in an anti-skid tool fixing anti-skid members made of synthetic resin or the like with ropes and fixing tools. CONSTITUTION:A rope 2 is inserted into coupling sections 3a of fixing metals 3 and caulked, thereby the fixing metals 3 are fixed to the rope 2 at an appropriate distance. When an anti-skid tool is to be used, coupling sections 3b of the fixing metals 3 are coupled with coupling holes 1a bored on both ends of anti- skid members 1. Thus, the anti-skid members 1 are fitted to ropes 2, which are suspended around a tire, and the ropes 2 are tightened with tightening metals. According to this constitution, a car body is prevented from being broken by fixing metals.
