PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal resonance in a specific frequency band, by providing a projection for caulking at the joining surface of a top plate with a frame and a sheet continuous from the projection. CONSTITUTION:By using a washer-based projection for caulking, a frame 1 and top plate 2 can be joined together by a small contacting area. Since a space can be formed between the frame 1 and top plate 2 and the contacting area between them can be made extremely small, the fluctuation of the degree of contact, such as contact and noncontact, can easily be suppressed. Therefore, the abnormal resonance in a specific frequency band when this loudspeaker operates can be made extremely small or prevented.
