PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracy of an engaging outer diameter for a through hole by providing a collar having an outer diameter size to be engaged with the hole on the outer periphery of a bobbin and formed by molding. CONSTITUTION:A plug 1 for an ignition signal is formed by winding a generating coil 3 on the outer periphery of a core 5, attaching a bobbin 4 and mounting metal fittings 2, and resin-molding the outer periphery. Collars 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d having outer diameters to be engaged with a through hole formed in an engine in a manner as not to displace from each other are formed at a side that the coil of the bobbin is not wound before resin molding. The resin molding is contracted in the outer diameter after molding, but since engaging accuracy with the hole 1 is maintained by the collars, a mounting accuracy is improved.
