GENERATING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRESSURIZED GAS

PURPOSE:To generate pressurized gas as industrially available energy from water potential energy without a mechanically movable part by changing a water level by harnessing the water potential energy to pressurize the gas. CONSTITUTION:The water reservoir 1 of a dam and the like communicates with the bottom of a gas pressurizer 5 being lower than the reservoir through a communicating tube 3 with a liquid change-over valve 5. An upper space in the gas pressurizer 5 is connected with a suction passage for atmosphere having a spiral type fluid element 4 as a suction valve and a discharge passage having a discharge valve 23. Change in pressure in the gas pressurizer 2 makes the liquid change-over valve 5 function to supply water into the gas pressurizer 2 and discharge it from there alternately, and thereby a water level in the gas pressurizer 2 is changed. The change in the water level makes the upper space in the gas pressurizer 2 function as a pump to store the pressurized gas in a receiver 9.
