PURPOSE:To provide a control device with a space saving size without being useless, by directly controlling a first operating section in accordance with the result of the temperature of cooling water by means of a single temperature sensor incorporating a plurality of sensors, and by also controlling a second operating section in a binary condition of turn-on and -off. CONSTITUTION:A first thermistor 200 delivers level voltage signals corresponding to the temperature of cooling water to reverse input terminals for comparators 61 through 64 in a control section. Meanwhile, reference voltages Vs1-Vs4 corresponding to the operating references of an overdrive 81, a motor fan 82 and automatic air conditioners 83, 84 belonging to a second operating section are delivered to non-reverse input terminals. The comparators 61 through 64 turn on or off relay drive transistors 810-840, respectively, in accordance with the result of comparison between the above-mentioned input signals. With this arrangement components 81-84 in the second operating section are driven and stopped. Meanwhile, a current signal from a second thermistor 201 is delivered to a water thermometer 40 belonging to a first operating means, to indicate the water temperature.
