PURPOSE:To make it possible to check and service a vehicle by monitoring the conditions of the vehicle, judging from the monitored results the conditions of use of the vehicle, judging the conditions of deterioration of parts, etc. regarding the use conditions, and issuing warnings when the conditions of deterioration reach specified limits. CONSTITUTION:Signals from a vehicle speed sensor 1 for detecting the vehicle speeds, an oil temperature sensor 2 for detecting the engine oil temperatures, an accelerator travel sensor 3 for detecting the number of the accelerator travels, a brake pedal travel sensor 4 for detecting the number of brake pedal travels, a clutch pedal travel sensor 5, etc. are inputted to an operation device 8. The operation device 8, based on the inputted signals and referring to a drive mode judgment table, judges the drive mode and operates a driven distance in each drive mode. When the driven distance exceeds a specified value, checking item display device is actuated considering the numbers of the accelerator and brake pedals.
