<p>PURPOSE:To make operation of water elimination better and to make it possible to avoid occurrence of film-creases by making an area of a film smaller than a back surface area of a transparent sheet and by slitting the film in two divisions. CONSTITUTION:A transparent sheet 7 with a curved corner 7A and a heat ray reflective film 11 with a paste layer 11D are provided. The area of the film should be smaller than that of the transparent sheet. A slit 14 is made in the longitudinal direction of the part of this film 11 facing to the corner 7A. After dividing the film 11 into two, the operation of water elimination to exclude water prevent between the transparent sheet 7 and the film 11 is done by stretching operation over the film 11. After adhering the paste layer 11D to the transparent sheet 7 and drying operation, an adhesive 15 is applied over the edge of the film, and the exposed surface of the transparent sheet 7, as well as over the slit 14 and the end edge of the film 11. In this way, the water elimination is well performed on the flat part of the upper wall 7B and the front wall 7C by using the exposed surface of the edge of the transparent sheet 7.</p> |
