PURPOSE:To decrease the transmission waiting time and to eliminate the need for a complicated master node by controlling a sending means so as to send a data generated in its own node to a downstream node when the relay of a data from an upperstream node is finished. CONSTITUTION:A node 1 is provided with a data processing section 6 sending a data to a I system line 17 via a parallel/serial conversion circuit 19 and processing the data from a II system line 18 via a serial/parallel converter 20. Further, a node 5 is provided with a data processing section 10 sending a data to the II system line 18 via a parallel/serial conversion circuit 22 and processing a data from the I system line 17 via a serial/parallel converter 21. Nodes 2-4 are provided with processing sections 7-9 and transmission relay sections 11-16. Thus, plural nodes send data at the same time, the transmission efficiency is improved and the economical constitution is formed because no complicated master node is required.
