PURPOSE:To supply a magnetic bubble element with a high density to realize the satisfactory action margin with a very fine bubble of about 0.5mum in a conductor cross part by providing a part, in which a conductor pattern crosses, near the tip part of a soft magnetic substance with a low magnetic bubble potential and making the angle, in which a soft magnetic substance pattern and the conductor pattern cross, into the inside of the specified range. CONSTITUTION:The 'Permalloy(R)' pattern to transfer a bubble by the conductor pattern which generates the bubble, divides it and controls the magnetic bubble examines the position relation of the conductor cross part and the 'Permalloy(R)' pattern, and by arranging the 'Permalloy(R)' pattern and the conductor pattern so that the range of an angle theta of the conductor cross can be 5 deg.<=theta<=45 deg., the bubble transfer characteristic whose action margin of the bubble is 10% or above is obtained. Further, by making the angle theta of the conductor cross into the range of 10 deg.<=theta<=20 deg., the action margin of about 12% is obtained. Thus, the element having a stable and excellent bubble action characteristic can be manufactured.
