PURPOSE:To make it possible for a vehicle having no power transmission device to have PTO function by mounting a job performing machine and a relay pulley on a bracket detachably attached to a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A front bumper 2 is detachably attached to a vehicle frame 3 by means of fastening means such as bolts 24. Between the front bumper 2 and a crank case 14 of an engine 13 mounted on the vehicle frame 3 is interposed a belt type power transmission means 15 for taking power for a lawn mower 9 out of the engine 13. The belt type power transmission means 15 is provided with a drive pulley 17 fixed to one end of a crank shaft 16, a driven pulley 18, a V-belt 19 installed between the driven pulley 18 and the drive pulley 17, etc.
