PURPOSE:To eliminate scattering among products to enhance the reliability, by forming a control piston with the use of a part which is formed at its one end with a valve seat in an incorporated valve mechanism and a part in which a valve element storage recess opposing the valve seat is formed, in combination. CONSTITUTION:A control system 6 is formed of a first cylindrical section 6' and a second section 6'' which are integrally incorporated with the first section 6' by being caulked, in combination. The second section 6'' is slidably engaged at one end with a small diameter inner cylinder section 10 in an intermediate cylinder member 9 which is fitted in and fixed to a cylinder 4, and has, at its the other end, a circumferential section which is adapted to be engaged, by caulking, with the outer peripheral edge section of one end of the first section 6'. Further, a recess 12 for storing therein a ball as a ball member adapted to make into contact with the valve seat 8 and to be separated from the valve seat 8, is formed in the other end section at a position where the first section 6' opposes the valve seat 8.
