<p>PURPOSE:To enable the gas inside of a sealed receptacle to be circulated, by operating electromagnets which are provided facing on the outer surface of the nonmagnetic pipe portion wall of a conduit connected to the wall portion of the sealed receptacle, and attracting a magnetic metal plate alternately so as to oscillate it with corrugated swell. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnets 3, 4 are provided for the outer surface of the nonmagnetic pipe portion 2c wall of a conduit 2, further a free portion 6b of a magnetic meal sheet 6 of which base portion 6a is mounted to the nonmagnetic pipe portion 2c wall is located to the nonmagnetic pipe portion 2c inner wall corresponding to the electromagnets 3, 4 so as to constitute a fluidizing mechanism A. Then, when alternating current is conducted to the electromagnetic 3, 4, the magnetic metal sheet 6 is attracted alternately by the electromagnets 3, 4, and oscillates with corrugated swell. As this result, the gas of the inside portion of the nonmagnetic pipe portion 2c of the conduit 2 is sent leftward by turns, so that the gas inside of a sealed receptacle 1 is conducted from a conducting-out end 2a to the conduit 2, and passed through the nonmagnetic pipe portion 2c and a conducting-in end 2b so as to circulate. Thereby, the gas inside of the sealed receptacle 1 is continuously circulated if the electromagnets 3, 4 are kept operating, so that the uniformity of temperature can be constantly achieved.</p> |
