发明名称 MOLDING METHOD FOR CUSHION BODY CONSTITUTED OF DOUBLE-LAYER STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable reduction of mold expense along with simplification in operation, by a method wherein first urethane foam raw materials which are in a foaming stage are cast within a mold and foamed by casting second urethane foam raw materials after the lapse of a predetermined period of time. CONSTITUTION:First urethane foam raw materials which are in a foaming stage are cast within a mold and foamed by casting second urethane foam raw materials after the lapse of a predetermined period of time. It is desirable that an interval between casting of the first urethane foam raw materials and that of the second urethane foam raw material is decided to be 30-80sec. When the second urethane foam raw materials are harder than the first urethane foam raw materials or a filling quantity is larger, foam molding of a second cushion layer is effected over a first cushion layer in a body and a cushion body constituted of double-layer structure is obtained through demolding. With this construction, the cushion body constituted of the double-layer structure is molded inexpensively and by simple work.
