<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform swift passing operation by forming a shutter with multiple long plates and making each of these long plates to be rotatable by means of a tilting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Multiple long plates 15a, with each of them being in the lateral direction of a vehicle, are arranged one after another in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to constitute a shutter body 15 as a whole of a size capable of closing an opening 13. A shaft 15c is fixed at a base edge part 15b of each of the long plates 15a in the lateral direction and both of the end parts 15d of the shaft 15c are supported freely rotatably with a rotary movement shaft 18. To a front edge part 15e of each of the long plates 15a is connected an upper part of a cable 19 with its lower end part being connected to a first actuator 20. The first actuator 20, by reciprocating the cable up and down, makes it possible to rotate each of the long plates 15a.</p> |
