PURPOSE:To facilitate attachment-detachment of a cargo deck sheet by arranging a rotating means for a scroll shaft of a cargo deck sheet and a winch for unfolding and stretching the cargo deck sheet. CONSTITUTION:A scroll shaft 2 of a cargo deck sheet A is rotated with a motor 3. And a winch 9 for unfolding the cargo deck sheet A is attached at the rear part of paired frame members 5 constituting a chassis frame of a truck. And a bar-shaped reinforcement B is sewed in at the tail end of the cargo deck sheet A scrolled on the scroll shaft 2. Hooks C are attached to both of the ends of the reinforcement B for hooking the front ends of tow cables 13 for the winch 9.
