PURPOSE:To make a setting possible that makes the most of the essential function of engine torque control when changing speeds by restricting exhaust temperature rise due to the torque change by forbidding changes of a speed change map and speeds when the exhaust temperatures are high. CONSTITUTION:An air flow meter 12 is provided with an intake air temperature sensor 100 for detecting the intake air temperatures. An exhaust manifold 32 is provided with an exhaust temperature sensor 101 for detecting the exhaust temperatures of an engine. Outputs from the intake air temperature 100, the exhaust temperature sensor 101, a throttle sensor 102, a sensor 104 for the engine coolant temperature, a crank angle sensor 108, a vehicle speed sensor 110, a shift position sensor 112, a pattern selection switch 114, overdrive switch 116, etc. are inputted to either an engine computer 40 or an ECT computer 50 to control both an injector 22 and an ignition coil 44. |
