PURPOSE:To absorb fine vibration in idling time, by providing an elastic plate between inner and outer cylinders of a torque stopper and absorbing the vibration by deformation of said elastic plate. CONSTITUTION:A torque stopper 1 provides in its connection part 3 an intermediate cylinder 7 inside an outer cylinder 6, whose axis crosses at a right angle with the axis of a rod 2, and an orifice 9 is formed between the outer cylinder 6 and the intermediate cylinder 7. While the torque stopper, which provides an inner cylinder 11 inside the intermediate cylinder 7 through a spacer 10 while an elastic member 13 inside the inner cylinder 11, forms two fluid chambers S1, S2 to be partitioned in the inner cylinder 11 by said elastic member 13. While a corrugated thin elastic plate 14 is housed between the intermediate cylinder 7 and the inner cylinder 11. If a fine vibration is transmitted, the whole unit of the torque stopper 1 extends and contracts changing volume of the fluid chambers S1, S2, and the torque stopper, deforming the thin elastic plate 14 by a flow of the fluid, absorbs the vibration by this deformation. |
