PURPOSE:To execute the fast changing-over of a track and to shorten the time needed for a retrieving action by outputting a control signal corresponding to the phase difference in the changed-over track to a PLL circuit and a processing circuit by a generating means when the track is changed over by a selecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a PCM sound signal from a track 1 is reproduced and a track is changed over so as to operate a selecting means 17 and reproduce the PCM sound signal from a track 3, the selecting means 17 controls a delay circuit 16 so as to output a switching pulse SWP and a reference signal VD phase-advanced for two tracks only to the switching pulse SWP and the reference signal VD. As the result, the delaying circuit 16 outputs the switching pulse SWP and the reference signal VD phase-advanced for two tracks only from the time of the changing-over. At such a time, the selecting means 17 outputs the signal corresponding to the phase difference of the track before and after the changing-over to a generating means 31. The generating means 31 outputs the control signal to a switch 32 and turns off a time switch 32 corresponding to the phase difference.
