The wear-resistant surface binder comprises an organic paint which does not prevent decomposition in the earth. The strength of the urn (1) can be increased by mixing an organic binder into the moulding material prior to mfr. The run (1) is formed with an integral a hand grip knob (5) at the top, and a filling aperture (4) at the base (2). The aperture can be closed by a separate plate. In the mfg. process the urn is first cast, allowed to harden, cleaned and polished, and then the organic, decomposable binder is sprayed onto its surface. |
