PURPOSE:To enable heating in a short time and restrain water contained in an object to be heated from evaporating, thus preventing said object from being dried, by providing an evaporating means to obtain steam from water supplied from a feed water means and a means for supplying steam obtained into a heating chamber in a heating deice for heating an object to be heated in a heating chamber by means of a heating means. CONSTITUTION:A feed water tank 6 and an evaporating tank 7 are provided at the side of a heating chamber 1 and water supplied from the feed water tank 6 is turned into steam by means of heaters for evaporation 8 in the evaporating tank 7 which is fed into the heating chamber 1 through a feed port 9. The steam is condensed in the heating chamber 1, while an object to be heated 3 is effectively heated with radiant heat from a heater 4 and latent heat of condensation of steam, so that drying of said object will be prevented by the action of the steam.
