PURPOSE:To prevent intermittent dropping of a large quantity of material onto a carrying conveyor by arranging a high speed rotation small diameter scraping vane, at a portion where a low speed rotation large diameter scraping vane will transit from a deck onto a supply shoot, being extended to the opposite sides of a projected section and the shoot. CONSTITUTION:A delivery deck 2 is arranged at an opening 3 at the lower end of a fixed hopper 1 where said opening 3 is opened laterally and the tip of said deck 2 is projected through said opening 3. A material carry-out conveyor 4 is arranged below the deck 2 while rails 9, 9 are laid in parallel with said conveyor 4 at the opposite sides of said conveyor 4 and a travel machine frame 6 is supported on said rails 9, 9. A shoot 5 for feeding material from the deck 2 onto the conveyor 4 is provided to said machine frame 6. In order to prevent bridging of material in the hopper 1, a large diameter scraping vane 7 is plunged into the deepest portion of the deck 2 and operated to scrape out the material while being subjected to high resistance thereby it is rotated wit low speed and the material is scraped out intermittently through the lateral opening 3.
