PURPOSE:To improve comfortableness without cooling a living space quickly by a method wherein ventilating direction is changed so as to be distributed left-and-right downwardly and this condition is kept for a given time in case the ventilating direction before the time of elapse arrives at a predetermined value is concentrated horizontally when a signal is outputted by a driving signal generating means while the ventilating direction is changed so as to be concentrated horizontally in case it is distributed left-and-right downwardly and these operations are repeated. CONSTITUTION:A driving signal generating means 25 outputs output signals properly on the basis of a comparison between a set time, memorized in a memory 23, and the time of elapse, counted by a time of elapse operating means 24. During a time, shorter than a first set time in the time of elapse, a central motor 3 and a right motor 9b are turned right, a left motor 9a is turned left and they are stopped. In this case, blow-off air is concentrated horizontally. When the time of elapse is longer than the first set time and shorter than a second set time, the central motor 3 and the right motor 9b are turned left, the left motor 9a is turned right and they are stopped, whereby the blow-off air is distributed downwardly. When the time of elapse is longer than the second set time, the time of elapse is reset and above-described operations are repeated.
