PURPOSE:To keep a harmful gas from getting into a clean room and secure safety by supplying air-conditioned fresh air with pressure only to a tunnel clean room and exhausting air from it during generation of a harmful gas. CONSTITUTION:If a man presses down an emergency button 25 in the state of an emergency, a selector switch 26 in a monitor room judges the position, and the direction of evacuation can be judged by the arrow mark of a sign lamp 27 which is installed in the corridor 29 with the arrow mark pointing from a source of hazard to an exit lighted. In this case an electric damper 18 for exhaust air is opened, an electric damper 15 for air circulation, electric dampers 12A and 13B in gas treatment area, and an electric damper 22 for the work area are closed, circulation fans 13A and 13B in the gas treatment are stopped, a circulation fan 13 for the work area, an exhaust fan 17, and an air supply fan 10 in an air conditioner all operated. With the operation as described above, since only the tunnel clean room is pressurized by fresh air during emergency, no harmful gas gets in and safety of men in evacuation can be secured. |
