PURPOSE:To prevent a molded part from being applied by excessive force and consequently cracked, scratched, deformed and the like by a method wherein a first and a second engaging parts are provided to check the forward movement of a slide core. CONSTITUTION:In the action of an injection mold 3, a slide core 43 engages with an ejector plate 33 by abutting the flange 49 of a first engaging part against the stepped surface 42 of the ejector plate 33 by means of a spring 52. The slide core 43 moves as if it were fixed to the ejector plate 33 or moves forwards at the same speed and by the same stroke as those of an ejector pin 34. Accordingly, the remaining part of a cassette case 1 is released from a mold under the state that a fitting concavity 14 and a convexity 45 are fitted to each other. When the cassette case 1 excluding its concavity 14 is completely released from the mold, the stepped surface 47 of the slide core 43 abuts against the rear end surface 48 of the second engaging part of the core plate 32 and consequently the forward movement of the core 43 is stopped. After the stopping of the core 43, the ejector pin 34 keeps on moving forwards so as to release the fitting concavity 14 from the convexity 45. Thus, a molded part is prevented from being applied with excessive force.
