PURPOSE:To independently control terminal equipments of kinds of a microcomputer and mechanism by providing a means switching the control state of pulse control and static control to the terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 3 detects whether or not a call comes from a telephone line to a subscriber's equipment by supervising an incoming convension section 6, recognizes its operation code, drives a driver section 12 to control the telephone set and to light an LED 13. Then the operating state of the device is detected, a proper message is sent from a voice synthesis generation section 8 to inform it from a telephone set at a visiting place to a caller. Then the microcomputer 3 recognizes the switch position of 'microcomputer' and 'mechanism' of a pulse switching section 14 via the driver section 12 and outputs a waveform in response to the switching potition as a control signal. Then the ON/OFF control of a terminal equipment 17 is applied through the driver section 12, a relay adaptor section 15 and an equipment control output section 16.
