PURPOSE:To obtain the titled release agent based on an organopolysiloxane having specified two kinds of substituents, formed by reacting a silicone polymer with an alkyl allyl ether or allyl glycol. CONSTITUTION:A silicone polymer containing a Si-bonded H is reacted by heating with an alkyl allyl ether or allyl glycol in the presence of a platinum catalyst to obtain the titled release agent containing, as a base, an organopolysiloxane having MAmol% substituents of formula I [wherein R is a terminal unsaturated group-free 8-30C (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group and x is 0-4] and MBmol% at least one substituent (B) of formula II (wherein y is 1-4, n is 2-4 and m is 0-45) in the molecule in such amounts that 10<=MA<=100 and 0.5<=MB<=50 and MA+MB<=100 are satisfied. This release agent is used in an amount of 0.05-10wt%, based on the obtained molding in molding a urethane resin by a recent reaction injection molding process.
