PURPOSE:To join the terminal part of a metallic plate with good accuracy by interposing the spacer which fits to a male die and female die in case of press-forming two metallic plates whose terminal parts are jointed to each other. CONSTITUTION:The press is performed by interposing the metallic plate which becomes an outer plate between the press die 1 of the female die and a spacer 3 by fixing the spacers 3 and 5b to the press die 2 of the male die by a bolt 4, in case of forming the outer plate. The press is performed by interposing the metallic plate becoming an inner plate between the press die 2 of the male die and spacer 3 by fixing the spacers 3 and 5a to the press die 1 of the female die by the bolt 4, in case of forming the inner plate.
