PURPOSE:To attain a simplified sequence control system having a real time characteristic by constituting a start-up program and a termination program separately and independently. CONSTITUTION:A process start-up program 30, a termination program 31, and a state monitoring program 32 according to each sequence are provided independently, and also, a Di table 4 (administration table 4) is formed making an execution state and a state corresponding to each process part into a table. When the start-up program 30 is operated with a start-up command, and the table 6 is retrieved, and a sequence condition is satisfied, the processing in each process part is progressed, and when a termination instruction and an abnormality in each process part from the Di table are detected, the termination program 31 is operated. Thereby, since a control is progressed by a repeated execution of the state monitoring program 32 and the monitoring by the table 6, the real time characteristic can be obtained, and the sequence can be easily constituted because each of the programs 30-32 is provided separately.
