PURPOSE:To enable the desired electrical conductivity to be imparted to resins even when the amounts of electrical fillers to be added are greatly reduced, by adding a combination of an electrically conductive filler and a titanium coupling agent to a resin. CONSTITUTION:This electrical conductive resin compsn. contains an electrically conductive oxide filler and 0.10-10wt% (based on the amount of the oxide filler) titanium coupling agent. Examples of the titanium coupling agent are compds. of formulas I, II, III (wherein R is a lower alkyl; R<1>, R<2> are each a lower alkylene).
