PURPOSE:To adjust a purposed sound quality by one operation by providing a memory storing sound quality every using purpose, a selecting button for selecting the sound quality data, a microcomputer, a control circuit or the like. CONSTITUTION:The sound quality for a vocal, jazz, classic is preset previously in the memory 27. Then, when the selecting button for the sound quality of a remote control 24 is pressed in order to listen to the classic music, a signal is outputted, received by a photodetector 25 and inputted to the microcomputer 26. In the microcomputer 26, the sound quality data of the classic is read from the memory 27, ladder resistances 29, 30 are changed over and controlled and the signal is outputted to the control circuit 31. Then, from the circuit 31, a direct current control signal is fed to the respective adjusting circuits 14-18, 19-23 of equalizers 10R, 10L and the respective frequency characteristics thereof are controlled to be emphasized or reduced. Thereby, the sound signals of the R side and the L side from an FM detecting circuit 9 are adjusted to the sound quality suitable for the classic and as for the vocal and the jazz, the similar operation is performed so as to adjust to the purposed sound quality. |
