This device comprises three plates 3, 5, 8 in leakproof contact, the ones referenced 3 and 5 of which are locked in rotation and the intermediate one 8 of which is driven in a stepwise rotational movement. The first plate 3 comprises three through-holes 17, 18, 19 connected to the installation, to the atmosphere and to a vacuum source. The second plate 8 comprises a through-cavity 16 of determined volume. The third plate 5 comprises a through-hole 20 coaxial with the orifice 18 in the first plate. The plate 8 is driven such that each orifice 16 is successively in communication with the orifice 17 in the first plate, the orifices 18 and 20 in the plates 3 and 5, and the orifice 19 in the first plate 3.
