PURPOSE:To improve detecting accuracy of torque and also to maintain reproducibility and safety with respect to replacement of a sample motor by coupling directly a shaft of a torque sensor with a shaft for incorporating a motor and making these integral. CONSTITUTION:A sample rotor 6 is directly incorporated in the integrated shaft directly coupled with the shaft 4 for incorporating the sample motor via a coupling 3 directly coupled with a torsion bar 2 of the standard torque sensor 1. If the shaft 4 for incorporating fitted to the inner diameter of the rotor 6 is prepared in advance, the same torque sensor 1 can be effectively utilized only by replacing the shaft 4 by such constitution. Further, since the mechanical holding of the sample rotor 6 is maintained by bearings 10 and 11 of the torque sensor 1 and the 3rd bearing 13 is actuated only for the purpose of correcting the shaft deflection, the shaft deflection generating from the electromagnetic force of the sample motor is absorbed by the damper effect of an O ring and always maintained with the shaft as a center ideally. In this way, the torque can be detected with high accuracy. |
