<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a ligand providing a large amount of high-purity G-CSF, by using a clone obtained by screening a hybridoma between an antibody- forming cell of an animal immunized against human G-CSF and a myeloma cell. CONSTITUTION:An experimental animal is immunized against human G-CSF (granulocyte colony stimulating factor) derived from a cancer at the bottom of the oral cavity, etc., its splenocyte is taken out and fused with a myeloma cell to prepare a hybridoma. A clone to produce monoclonal anti-human G-CSF antibody in a high concentration and stably is obtained from it, the clone is cultivated and a monoclonal anti-human G-CSF antibody is obtained from the supernatant liquid of the culture mixture.</p> |
