PURPOSE:To continue to copy for a while even when a toner collecting case is removed by receiving the toner dropping from a toner exhaust port with an intermediate cup when the toner collecting case is removed. CONSTITUTION:When a special intermediate cup 11 is interposed between a toner exhaust port 4 of a cleaning box 6 and a toner collecting case 10, and at lest, the toner collecting case is removed, by receiving the toner dropping from the toner exhaust port by the intermediate cup 11, copying is continued without stopping. When the toner collecting case 10 is removed from the cleaning box 6, is the intermediate cup 11 held at the position after swaying is executed forcibly, and as the forcible holding means, a magnetic body 22 fixed at the intermediate cup 11 and an electromagnet 23 to attract the magnetic body are used. Thus, when the toner collecting case is removed, the copying can be continued for a while. |
