PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility of breakage and to improve the yield by providing a thin plate type main magnetic pole part which is adhered on the top surface of a soft magnetic material block, a coil wound around the magnetic core part of the block, and a back core made of a soft magnetic material adhered on the reverse surface of the block. CONSTITUTION:A soft magnetic material block 20 has two orthogonal winding grooves 20a and 20b each and also has a magnetic core part 20c of a soft material and a winding space 20d surrounding it at each intersection part, and a main magnetic pole film 22 is sandwiched between the end surfaces of a couple thin plate type nonmagnetic materials 21 in one body. The head is provided with the thin plate type main magnetic pole part 23 adhere on the top surface of this soft magnetic material block 20, the coil 25 mounted on the magnetic core part 20c of the block 20, and the back core 26 made of a soft magnetic material adhered on the reverse surface of the block 20. The head is formed in this shape to reduce the possibility of breakage. |
