The adaptor is to be mounted between a flange 11 and a component 3 previously securely fastened to a first pipeline element 1 and a parallel flange 8 facing a second pipeline element 2 coaxial or substantially coaxial with the first. According to the invention, the adaptor comprises a sleeve 33 itself having a flange 34 respectively parallel to the flanges of the component 3 and of the second pipeline element 2 and a cylindrical bush 35 able to penetrate, with clearance, into a coaxial sheath 36, directly machined in the flange 11 of the component, a seal 37 able to come to bear against an internal bearing surface 48 made in the sheath 36 receiving the bush, and an intermediate ring or crown 38 coaxial with the bush and able to be moved in the direction of the flange 11 of the component so as to compress the seal. <IMAGE>
