The invention relates to the rotating wings of aircraft. Each arm 2 forming a rigid whole with the blade 3 which it carries and with the arm and the blade which are diametrically opposite, is flexible in torsion over part of its length and carries at its end a rigid lever 10 whose free end comes back towards the centre of the rotor and is movable with respect to the arm which carries it.
