PURPOSE:To obtain the titled easily takable drink effective to keep healthy, by pulverizing parched soybean, mixing with pumpkin powder and barley malt powder, pulverizing the mixture, adding milk thereto, thoroughly stirring the mixture and sterilizing at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:Well-parched soybean is pulverized with a crusher, mixed with pumpkin powder and barley malt powder and again pulverized to obtain fine soybean powder enriched with nutrient component. The mixture is charged to a stirrer and added with conditioned milk, unconditioned milk, defatted milk or aqueous solution of defatted milk powder at a rate of about 400cc of milk per 20-30g of the enriched fine soybean powder. The mixture is thoroughly stirred and sterilized at low temperature.
