PURPOSE:To reduce any mental burden of a supervisor at the work in the night operation by giving the supervisor waiting at any optional place a predetermined sound through a telephone line, at the time of NC machine stop due to trouble occurrence or finish of the work. CONSTITUTION:When NC machine tool or the like stops due to occurrence of various troubles or completion of machining, a stop signal is supplied to signal input relays 4, 4 through lead wires 3, 3 and start signals are output from the relays 4, 4, then a timer 5 starts and outputs a working signal to a control relay 6. And a sound generating means 7 generates a predetermined sound by a drive current of the relay 6 and at the same time a drum 11 starts to turn by means of a telephone operating means 8 and a telephone pick-up lever 13 is pushed up to turn in the clockwise direction, then a telephone 14 is raised by a predetermined height to turn ON a hook switch. As the drum 11 continues turning after switching ON, key pushing levers 16, 16 push down the pushbuttons 17, 17 to dial. Then, when the telephone line is connected, the sound can be heated through the line from the sound generating means 7.
